I am a injured former federal worker and needed some guidance on how to proceed with a reinjury due to an automobile accident; that may lead to litigation and possibly a settlement. I read all the regulations and was unable to find the information. One call to IFWAA and I receive the assistance I needed. After a brief discussion with Mr. Kemp I learned that they provide assistance to federal injured workers in many areas and the service is at no cost. If you are a former federal worker injured on the job please call and seek their assistance.

It was nothing short of a miracle that my worker’s compensation was approved. My employer combed through my application looking for any reason to deny, but the flawless application by IFWAA prevented that from happening.
Thank you for standing in my corner. Any injured federal worker in need of help should contact IFWAA.

I’m a federal employee who was injured on the job, knew I had a case. A local attorney told me I could never prove it. I was adisappointment, but I knew that wasn’t right. I am so glad I found IFWAA. I received free assistance and in about six months my claim was approved. I can’t be anymore grateful. God Bless you all!

Due to a fire at work last year, most of my left leg was left burnt. Due to some loans and other personal reasons, I barely had the financial state to pay for an expensive surgery. Thank heavens, my wife thought of speaking to IFWAA. My claim moved quickly and I received the help that I needed. I had the pleasure of meeting a top-notch surgeon. I even found an amazing doctor who is helping me get back the use of my leg, little by little.

The Injured Federal Workers Advocate Association deserves to be showered with praises. Thanks to this organization, my father managed to get the compensation for his injuries at work. We cannot thank IFWAA enough!

I have been working for a federal agency for more than seven years. From the start, I had been gradually losing my hearing. Now the hearing loss is severe and has negatively affected my ability to perform my job. I had medical records stating my hearing and health was fine before I started work, but my claims were denied. I contacted IFWAA and got help filing an OWCP and a CA-2 claim. The guidance and assistance I received helped move my case along and put me at ease.

I must say, IFWAA makes sure to work with their clients in a caring, careful manner. Therefore, I never felt as if the issue was just my own to handle; IFWAA made me feel as if it was their problem as well. Thank you for all the help.
